The Barcelona Cybersecurity Congress (BCC) is an initiative of Fira de Barcelona and the Cybersecurity Agency of Catalonia, which is held in November as part of the Smart City Expo World Congress.

The Ciberhack is an annual hackathon promoted by the Cybersecurity Agency of Catalonia together with the ENTI-UB and which is aimed at students of training cycles with the aim of sharing new experiences and knowledge.

The aim of the awards is to distinguish the role of Catalan women in the world of information and communication technologies.
